If you are building a new home or en renovating an existing one, send us a copy of your scaled house plans and we can price your project for you.

You an save yourself a lot of money when building a new home by taking your exterior concrete and your interior flooring out of your contract.  Don't pay inflated builders prices for a sub standard finish.  

If you are needing to obtain finance for your build, why not take in your quote to your lender and have the funds arranged at the start of your build.  With the extra funds you will save by handling the concrete and flooring yourself, you could use the extra money to extend your driveway to full size or get a finish that really gives your beautiful new home the entry it deserves.
